We want you to be happy with your purchase, not just satisfied. We accept returns for exchange or refund within 15 days after delivery of the product. After 15 days we will offer exchange only. Items must be in new, unaltered or unused conditions without showing signs of wear or damage

 
SHIPPING Most shipping is provided by United States Post Office/Pitney Bowes.  Tracking does not show on my site but is available upon request.  Orders are shipped the same day that they are received Monday through Friday.  Some shipping does occur on Saturday.  International shipping is also provided by USPS.  Handling charges include the filling of the order by outside distribution center and are kept at minimum. 

 

RETURNS:  If you are completely dissatisfied with my product,or there is a defect in workmanship and would like to return it without re-purchase, you will receive 100% refund including your original shipping charge.  Please contact me by email (info@modesty4me.com) or phone (1-800-631-2116).  Please state the reason for your return.

Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in Dallas.   Please include your order number and contact information or a copy of the original packing slip.   Items may have been opened and need not be in original packaging.  The postage to Dallas is your responsibility.

Your full refund will be issued through Paypal Payment Processing Center upon receipt of the item in Dallas.  This 100% refund applies to any payment type: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Debit.  Your refund will match your original purchase. No cash refunds will be made.  prefer

EXCHANGES:  If you would like an exchange due to size, color or personal preference, please notify me by email (info@modesty4me.com) or by phone (1-800-631-2116).  Your new size will be shipped upon receipt of the return.  The postage to Dallas is your responsibility, however you will not be charged shipping again for the new item.
